  • 1 chopped mango
  • 1/3 cup of fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar


  1. Begin by peeling the skin off the mango and roughly chopping it, discarding the seed. Place the chopped mango in a mixer jar.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mango in the mixer jar.
  3. Blend the mango and sugar until smooth, creating a thick and smooth mango puree.
  4. Spoon the mango puree into serving cups, creating a bottom layer. Use about 2 tablespoons of puree for each cup, filling just a thin layer. Refrigerate the cups for 30 minutes.
  5. While the cups are chilling, in a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup of fresh cream.
  6. Beat the cream until it reaches a fluffy consistency, being careful not to overbeat it. Soft peaks are sufficient.
  7. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream, mixing until well combined and the mixture is fluffy and thick.
  8. Spoon this mango mousse mixture into the serving cups as the second layer, filling them up to the rim.
  9. Garnish with chopped mangoes and chill the glasses for at least an hour before serving.
